How to create and manage discounts

đź’ˇ Holvi online stores are currently available only for Finnish and German customers.

Discounts in Holvi online stores are always item-based. At the moment, it’s not possible to add discounts to your customer’s entire shopping bag.

 

How to create a discount

Log in at Holvi.com and go to Online store > Discounts. Click New discount if this is your first discount. Next add discount details and conditions.

Example discount code

Discount codes typically use capital letters for readability along with a number that reflects the amount of the discount.

 

Example discount code: 15OFF2023

 

Note that you can only use a discount code once.

Next, simply choose the items this discount will apply to and save your changes. 

 

Managing existing discounts

At any time, you can go to Online store > Discounts to view and manage your discounts. Click on a discount to view its details. You can change any details, add or remove items, or delete the discount altogether.
