1. Inviting others
How it works
NOTE: Only account users with the role creator can manage other users
- First choose the account you want to add users to from your home view in your Holvi profile.
- Choose Account settings from the bar on the left hand side and from here Users. You will see a view where you can add a new user
Invite a new user
In order to invite a new user that does not have a Holvi login yet enter the email address and mobile number of the user.
The new user will receive an email invitation with a link to the account creation.
All new users must create their own personal Holvi profile and verify their own identity in order to access all features, but they are not required to open their own Holvi account.
Invite a user with an existing Holvi profile
If the person you want to invite already has an existing Holvi login please make sure that you use the same email address and mobile number. We only allow one personal Holvi profile per person which makes it impossible to access multiple accounts via different logins.
The new user will receive an email and will be able to login with their existing Holvi profile.
The user doesn't need to repeat the identity verification if the identification of their current Holvi login is still valid.
Please also note: An invitation expires after 14 days. You can resend the invitation after the old one expired.

New users will be invited as editors. You can change the role to administrator as soon as the user finished the profile creation and personal identification.
You can view and manage account user rights by accessing the Manage Users menu in your account settings.

Upgrading editors to administrators
You can upgrade the user role in your Account settings if you would like to grant admin rights to an editor.
The user needs to complete the personal identification before you can change the role (you can find more information on the required steps in your country here).
Please note: if your business is based in Germany, the editor must enter their personal tax ID in the personal settings before you can change the role to administrator.
Downgrading administrators to editors
You can downgrade the access rights of an administrator to editor in the user settings.
If the user has a Holvi Business Mastercard please contact us first and we will deactivate the card for you.
Removing users
You can remove users in the account settings. Their access will be revoked immediately.
4. Changing the account creator
If you need to change the current account creator, you can do it with the following steps:
- Current account creator invites the new user to the account.
- Note: If the new user does not have a fully verified Holvi account yet, you must invite them as an editor first.
- Current account creator delivers an updated company registry extract (extracted max. 6 months ago) and a new signed authorisation via Holvi's company identity pages.
- You can also add the documents by opening the profile menu, selecting "My businesses" and clicking "Add" in the "Has your company information changed?" text box.
- Please inform Holvi support of the needed change through the contact form after the documents are uploaded.

The instructions read: "here" you can send email invites. Where exactly? I have administrator status but nothing shows where I could add a user. Please help.
