1. How do I change my active pricing plan?
You can change your active pricing plan at any time when signed in to Holvi.
To change your pricing plan:
- Open the profile menu from the top right and choose “Subscription”.
- Click the “Change Subscription” button.
- Select your desired pricing plan from the available list.
- Pricing changes take effect instantly and you will only be charged for the days that you have used each pricing plan.
Note: Only the account creator can change the active pricing plan. If an admin or editor attempts to change the plan, you will receive an error message stating "Only the account creator can change the subscription plan". You can select "Request Plan Change" in which case your email client with open with a pre-written email.
You can still switch to one of the old plans until the 8th of April if you are an existing customer who signed up before the 4th of March. Please get in touch with us in order to do so.
2. Can I keep using a discontinued pricing plan?
Are you an existing Holvi customer (you signed up before the 4th of March 2021)? You can stay on your current price plan. We will not make you switch to one of our new price plans.
In case you want to switch your current plan after the 8th of April, you would have to chose one of the new plans. If you don't want to switch, you can continue using your current plan (Starter or Grower) even after the 8th of April). More information can be found here.
This means that as an existing customer on the starter plan you can continue using the free account. We won’t charge you in the future if you don’t switch your plan.

3. Enabling extra features
To activate extra features:
- Open the profile menu from the top right and choose “Subscription”.
- Click the “Change Subscription” button.
- Select your desired feature from the available list below the pricing plans.
- If you wish to disable the feature simply click deactivate in the same place.

5. What is the Fair Use Policy?
Holvi’s Fair Use Policy introduces a monthly limit for specific services or products. We chose the limits sensibly and based on feedback of our users. You can find more information on the fees that may be charged if you exceed these limits in our fee schedules:
