lexoffice is an online accounting software for small businesses, freelancers and founders. You can integrate Holvi with lexoffice to simplify your accounting.
How do I connect Holvi to lexoffice?
Log in at holvi.com and go to Account settings > Integrations. Our video guide shows you exactly how it works (please note: we’ve updated our user interface but the navigation is the same).
As soon as you have activated the connection in your Holvi account, you can see your successful connection in lexoffice.

To integrate lexoffice to Holvi, you must have an active lexoffice account. If you don’t have one, you can learn about their plans here.
I get an error message when connecting to lexoffice
If you have manually connected your Holvi account to lexoffice – for example by using your Holvi IBAN as an automatic footer in invoices – you must first delete this connection before following the steps above.
Which Holvi plans offer a lexoffice integration?
You can use Holvi’s lexoffice integration on any plan after your account is verified. The integration is only available to companies based in Germany.
Which data transfers to lexoffice?
Our integration allows you to transfer all your transaction data to lexoffice in real time – so you can do your accounting there. After you’ve connected your Holvi account to lexoffice, you can also sync transactions from the last 3 months with lexoffice.
If you want to sync data prior to that, please contact our support team.
Invoices and categorisations in Holvi are not transferred to lexoffice. If you wish to extend the integration in this way, please give us feedback – any input is valuable for us to help shape product development.
Do I need previous accounting knowledge to use the integration?
No, you don’t need any prior experience to use Holvi and lexoffice. Both tools are designed so that you can use them intuitively and do all your transactions and accounting online.
How do I unlink my Holvi account from my lexoffice account?
Log in at holvi.com and go to Account settings > Integrations > Lexoffice. Click Disconnect.
You can always reconnect to your previous or a new lexoffice account. Transferred data will remain in lexoffice, but new data will not be synced.
