When does Holvi start charging fees?
Your account will start gathering fees from the moment your identity and business are fully verified. We won’t charge any fees before this happens, as your account access will be restricted until verification is complete.
What fees does Holvi charge?
We invoice all fees related to your account activities depending on your chosen pricing plan. For a full list of all Holvi’s fees, please see our fee schedules.
Where can I find my monthly fee invoice?
We’ll deduct last month’s service fees straight from your account at the start of the next month. To keep your Holvi account running smoothly, make sure you have sufficient funds to cover your monthly fees. You’ll get a push notification letting you know when we’ve deducted service fees.
You can find an invoice with a detailed breakdown of all monthly fees attached to the outbound fee payment. To find this transaction, log in at Holvi.com, go to Transactions and search ‘Holvi fees’.
A note on payments
Invoices are due immediately, so we charge the full outstanding amount – we don’t make partial deductions. If this fails, you’ll be prompted to pay your fees via bank transfer, as per the invoice instructions.
What happens if I don’t pay?
If we don’t receive your fee payment after two reminders, we’ll temporarily suspend your account. This means that you’ll be unable to use Holvi’s features or make payments until you cover your fees.
How can I unlock my account after a late invoice payment?
To unlock your account, top up or transfer funds to your Holvi account. We’ll automatically deduct any outstanding fees from your balance and unlock your account within one day of receiving your payment.
Where can I find a full list of past fee invoices?
Log in at Holvi.com and go to Profile (top right) > Plan & billing then scroll down. You’ll see a full list of all past fee invoices.
