When you create new items on an invoice or add an item to your Holvi online store, your products and services are automatically saved as inventory items. This lets you bill or sell the same item again and manage your inventory all in one place.
To find your inventory, log in at Holvi.com and go to Inventory in the main menu.
Imagine your inventory like a digital storage room where you can find all the items (products and services) you have previously sold or created to sell in the future.
How inventory simplifies invoicing
Create inventory items in advance or as you create an invoice. Next time you invoice, you’ll be able to choose from your existing items – no need to type in details such as item price, VAT, category, etc. again. This is not only faster, it also reduces room for manual errors.
