The arrival of a payment to Holvi depends on what day/time the payment was carried out and when the sending bank processes outbound payments.
If the payment was done during the weekend or outside of office hours, the sending bank will most likely process the payment the next banking day. The payment will arrive to Holvi latest within two banking days after the payment has been executed by the sending bank.
We retrieve inbound payments several times a day. Thus the payment can also arrive during the afternoon. More information about payment processing times and cut-off times for payments can be found here.
If the payment has not arrived within two banking days after the payment has been processed please ask the sender to make sure that the payment was sent as a SEPA STEP2 payment, as Holvi cannot currently process any other types of payment yet.
