In addition to your fully digital business account, we want to support you with your bookkeeping. For that, we offer different stages of bookkeeping support:
Bookkeeping preparation
Categorise your incoming and outgoing transactions, organise your account with category groups and generate a multitude of exports to make your external bookkeeping easier
Bookkeeping Integration
You can connect your Holvi account to lexoffice to automatically transfer the relevant data to a fully digital bookkeeping solution
Holvi Zen
The newest addition to the team is a fully integrated bookkeeping service. Concentrate on your business while we take care of your books and taxes. Please note this service is currently only available for Finnish sole traders.
Bookkeeping Preparation
Your Holvi account allows you to easily categorise your income and expenses. In addition to that, you can group your categories to differentiate between personal and business expenses/income.
You can easily download a multitude of exports by selecting Reports after you have logged in via your web browser and also export your data to your Dropbox.
Bookkeeping Integration
You can connect your Holvi account to your lexoffice account by selecting Integrations on the left hand side of the menu in the browser.
After linking your Holvi business account and your lexoffice account, all your transaction data is transferred to lexoffice in real-time. This allows you to get a complete overview of your finances in your lexoffice dashboard, create and send invoices and complete your tax return at any time.
Holvi Zen
If you are a sole trader in Finland, you can benefit from our full service bookkeeping. An accountant takes care care of your bookkeeping and VAT taxes while you concentrate on what really matters: your business.
