What happend after my account was closed?
You are not able to access your account anymore so please make sure that all of your payment partners are aware of this change.
What happened with my card?
We deactivated your card 16 days before we fully closed your account. Your Holvi Business Mastercard was disabled on the 15th of October 2020.
What happens if I receive a payment to my account after it has been closed?
Payments arriving after the 31st of October 2020 will automatically be returned to the sender. We recommend to find an alternative method to receive the payment.
I had a number of regular payments running via my Holvi account, what should I do?
Please inform your payment partners and provide them with your new bank account details as soon as you have switched your account. Recurring payments will not be executed after the 31st of October 2020.
Will you keep my data after the account is closed?
We are required to keep certain data even after an account has been closed to meet the legal requirements and retention period.
Do I need to send back my Holvi Card?
No, you do not need to return the card to us. We will electronically destroy your Holvi Business Mastercard when we close the account. You can dispose of the card after the 15th of October 2020.
I would still like to open an account, can I do so?
No, as we are not able to open any new accounts for companies based in the United Kingdom, you cannot open an account with us anymore.
How can I access my reports after my account is closed?
Please contact our support team directly if you need access to any of the reports.
I still had balance on my account. What happened to that?
Please contact our support team who will be happy to help with the payout of the remaining funds.
