To find or change your card PIN, log in to the Holvi app on your phone, select your card from the Home screen – or go to Profile in the top right and select your card. Tap Show PIN.
You can also find or change your PIN by logging in at Holvi.com. Go to Account settings > Cards, choose your card, then Options > Show PIN / Change PIN.
What does it mean to ‘unlock’ my card PIN?
If you enter your card PIN incorrectly 3 times in a row, your PIN will lock – meaning, to use your card you’ll need to first unlock the PIN. This is to keep your card safe in case it falls into the wrong hands. You can only unlock your PIN by logging in at Holvi.com, not on our mobile app.
