How do I check or change my PIN code?
You can easily check or change your Holvi card’s PIN code either in the mobile app or in your browser.
📱 In the mobile app:
Open the Holvi app and select your card from the home screen, then Alternatively, the profile icon in the top right corner and tap on your card. Tap Show PIN.
💻 In your browser:
Log in at Holvi.com and go to Cards from the main menu. Select your card and open the Options dropdown menu. From there, choose either Show PIN or Change PIN.
My PIN code is locked – what do I do?
If you enter the wrong PIN three times, your Holvi card’s PIN code will be locked for security reasons. This is to help protect your card in case it falls into the wrong hands.
💻 Unlocking your PIN code in your browser:
You can only unlock your PIN by logging in at Holvi.com, not in the mobile app.
Go to Cards from the main menu and select the blocked card, then open the Options menu and choose Unlock PIN.
After unlocking your PIN, you’ll need to use your card at a payment terminal or ATM and enter the PIN manually to reactivate contactless payments and online purchases.
