To change your business address, log in at Holvi.com and go to Profile (top right) > My business. Choose the business whose address you wish to change, then under Business address click Edit.
You can change your street address, postcode and city here. However, you will not be able to change the country your business is registered in. If you'd like to change countries, please contact our support team.
Remember to save your changes before leaving the page.
No PO boxes – You'll need a physical address
In Holvi, we require a physical address. It's not possible to use a PO box as a business address.
What happens after changing my business address?
If you’re a freelancer, you don’t need to provide documentation to support a change in address – your address will be changed instantly.
If you operate under another company type, you’ll need to upload an updated registry extract within 30 days to keep your account running smoothly. Follow these instructions to upload new business documents.
Once you’ve uploaded a supporting document, we’ll verify your change in address.
