Will my account be closed?
If you are a verified Holvi customer, then no. You will still be able to access your account and use all Holvi functionalities. -
Am I a verified Holvi customer?

You can check your verification status by clicking on your profile icon in the top right of your Holvi view > choose "My businesses". Here you can see a list of all businesses you have registered with Holvi, and it will display there whether your business is verified or not.

Will you keep my data after the account is closed?
We are required to keep certain data even after an account has been closed to meet the legal requirements and retention period. -
I would still like to open an account, can I do so?
No, as we are not able to open any new accounts for companies based in Italy/France, you cannot open an account with us anymore. -
I just uploaded my personal and company information, why didn't you inform me earlier?
Our goal is to inform our customers about our decisions as early as possible. In this case, immediately after our decision to leave the market, we started to stop all customer acquisition activities and prepared the customer communications to minimise the impact on you. We are sorry for the inconvenience caused in a few cases and apologise for this.
