We’re writing to update you on an upcoming change to our pricing plans, taking effect 1 March, 2021. These changes only affect new Holvi customers (i.e., anyone opening an account with us from 1 March 2021). If you already have a Holvi account, nothing will change. You’ll stay on your current plan under the same conditions. The only change? If you ever want to switch plans in the future, you’ll only be able to choose between our new plans.

In short, here’s what’s changing:
- Starter is now called Holvi Lite and costs €6/month
- Grower is now called Holvi Pro and still costs €12/month
We’re also making slight adjustments to what you get out of these two pricing models (see details below).

In order to provide the services you rely on, and so that we may continue to evolve and excel, we must take meaningful steps to grow our revenue to cover costs for compliance, support and staff. As a business owner, we trust you can understand this.
After weeks of research and intensive feedback sessions with Holvi customers and other small business owners, we’ve found a way to offer you a better service while minimising the impact our pricing changes have on you, the customer. We're keeping Holvi affordable for everyone, including even the smallest new business. The cost of a Holvi account should never be a barrier to work life freedom.

Remember – You don’t need to switch to a new plan. If you’re happy with your current plan, you can stay on it under the same conditions!

What’s changing?
On 1 March 2021, Holvi is updating its pricing plans. Starter will become Holvi Lite and cost €6/month. Grower will become Holvi Pro and will still cost €12/month.

Who does this impact?
These changes only affect new Holvi customers who open an account with us from 1 March 2021. If you already have a Holvi account, nothing will change. I’m a Holvi customer, what do I need to do?
If you’re happy with your current pricing plan, no action is required. You can continue using Holvi with your current plan.
I regularly switch between Starter and Grower. Will this be possible in the future?
You still have the option to switch between the old plans (Starter and Grower) during a transition period of 2 months, so until 8 April 2021. After the transition period, you can either continue with your chosen plan at that time or choose one of the new plans (Holvi Lite or Holvi Pro).
From 8 April 2021, it will only be possible to choose between the two new pricing plans.
I’m opening a Holvi account now, what plans can I choose from?
You can choose between the old plans (Starter and Grower) during a transition period of 2 months (until 8 April 2021), or you can also choose one of our new plans (Lite or Pro).

In order to provide the services you rely on, we must take meaningful steps so that we may continue to evolve and excel. As a business owner, we trust you can understand this.
How did you come up with the new price plans?
After thorough research and intense feedback sessions with you, the small business owners, we’ve found a way to offer you a better service while minimising the impact of the pricing changes for you to the least possible amount, still keeping Holvi affordable for all types of businesses.
Will you raise prices in the future?
We’ve mapped out our financial plan for the next year and don’t have any more pricing changes. That said, as we’re running a business ourselves, change is always a possibility. We’ll continue to review the new changes and, as always, communicate with full transparency.
