SEPA Core Direct Debits
Holvi currently supports SEPA Core Direct Debits to be deducted from your Holvi account. The SDD Core allows a biller to collect funds from a payer's account, provided that a signed mandate has been granted by the payer to the biller. It is possible to use the SEPA Direct Debit Core for consumers and non-consumers. The SEPA Direct Debit Core can be one-off or a recurrent collection.
SEPA Direct Debit B2B (SDD B2B)
Holvi does not support B2B Direct Debits. Please share this information with the biller and check if there is an option to switch to SEPA Core or a different payment method.
How do I request a refund for a direct debit?
You can request a refund for funds collected via the SDD Core scheme within 8 weeks of the collection. Please get in touch with us in order to do so and we will credit the funds back to your account.
Will a direct debit go through if my funds are low?
If your balance cannot cover the direct debit when it's due, it will bounce. There is no way for you or us to repeat the direct debit once the funds cover the amount. Please get in touch with the biller to ask them to deduct the SDD again or to agree on a different payment method.

Inbound Direct Debit Transactions
