We’re making important changes to our pricing plans. You can find answers to most questions in this article.
What’s changing for Holvi Starter / Basic users?
On 1 September 2021, Holvi Starter for €0 /month and Holvi Basic for €0 /month will officially be discontinued.
If you’re on one of these plans, please choose a new plan by 31 August 2021. If you haven’t selected a new pricing plan by 31 August 2021, you’ll automatically be moved to Holvi Lite for €6 /month.
Who is affected by these changes?
The changes only affect Holvi customers who are on Holvi Starter or Basic. If you’re on one of these legacy plans, please check your inbox for an email with more information.
I manage multiple companies in Holvi. Which ones are affected by the changes?
The changes affect any companies in your Holvi account that are currently on Holvi Starter or Basic.
What’s the difference between Holvi Starter / Basic and Holvi Lite?
Starter and Basic included 3 free invoices a month. Holvi Lite does not include invoicing – you’ll need to switch to Pro for unlimited invoicing. We’ve made this easy with our trial offer.
We created Lite to help you get a better view on your business finances. Manage payments and stay on top of the numbers.
- Business banking
- Business Debit Mastercard®
- Scan & store receipts
- See your profit*
- VAT balance in real time*
*For an accurate estimation and/or proper accounting you need to add all your business transactions to Holvi.
What’s the difference between Starter / Basic and Holvi Pro?
Holvi Pro includes everything you need to run your business – from managing expenses, invoicing and accounting.
Pro includes everything Holvi Lite offers plus:
- Invoicing & e-invoicing
- Payment matching – get notified of paid invoices
- Prepare & export transactions for tax filing
What are you doing to make this change easier?
To minimise the impact of these changes, we’re offering your business a boost. Upgrade to Holvi Pro and get 50% off (pay only €6 instead of €12) until the end of the year. After the trial period, you will automatically stay on Holvi Pro for €12 /month, if you do not change your pricing plan.
Who is eligible for this boost?
We’re extending a boost to all Holvi Starter / Basic users. If you have multiple businesses on various Holvi plans, this offer applies only to businesses on Basic or Starter.
How long do I have to claim this boost?
You have until 31 August 2021 to use this boost and get 50% off Holvi Pro. Once activated, the boost lasts until the end of the year (31 December 2021).
How do I change my pricing plan?
Open Holvi in your browser and choose a new pricing plan under Profile (the person icon in the top right) → Subscription. That’s also where you’ll be able to activate your boost and get 50% off Holvi Pro.
What happens if I don’t switch to a new plan?
Affected customers who haven’t chosen a new pricing plan by 31 August 2021 will automatically switch to Holvi Lite for €6 /month.
I’m using Holvi in Finland and have an online store. Will my store remain active when I switch to Holvi Lite, or do I need to activate it separately?
Don’t worry, your online store will stay active if you switch to a new plan. If an online store was not included in your previous plan, it’s now included in all of our new plans.
How can I close my Holvi account?
Remember, your current plan at €0 /month is still valid until 31 August 2021. But if you’re ready to leave now, our team is here to support you.
To close your Holvi account, please follow these steps:
