To change your account creator, follow these steps:
- If your future ‘creator’ isn’t already added to your account, invite them as new user
- Remember, new users need to verify before they can switch from an editor role and get more account access
- Next, your current creator must upload a new registry extract (no older than 6 months) and a Power of Attorney document (if applicable). To do this, log in at Holvi.com and go to Profile (top right) > My business. Under Has your business information changed? click Add. Then submit your documents to change creators.
