In Holvi, the creator is the main user and administrator of the account (not to be confused with the ‘Admin’ role).
If you need to transfer this role to someone else, find instructions below based on your current role:

How to change the creator of a Holvi account
If you’re the current creator:
1. Add the new creator to your Holvi account
Go to Settings > Users > Add new user.
• If they already have a Holvi user profile, invite them using the email and phone number linked to their profile. If they don’t have a profile yet, use an email and phone number not linked to any existing Holvi accounts.
• Remember, new users must verify their identity to get full account access.
2. Prepare and upload the required documents
The documents we’ll need are:
• A new registry extract (no older than 6 months), and
• A Power of Attorney (if applicable) using our official template.
To upload your documents:
• Log in at Holvi.com
• Click the profile icon (top right) > My business
• Under Has your business information changed?, click Add and submit your documents.
3. Contact our Support team to initiate the change
• Submit a request once the new user is verified and the documents are uploaded.
If you’re the new creator:
1. Get invited to the Holvi account
Ask the current creator to invite you to the account. If you’re already a Holvi user, the invite must be sent to the email address and phone number linked to your existing account.
2. Verify your identity in your Holvi profile

Contact us to confirm your identity, request the change, and submit the required documents:
• A registry extract (dated within the last 6 months), and
• A Power of Attorney (if applicable) using our official template.
Do I need a Power of Attorney?
A Power of Attorney (PoA) is required if the new creator is not listed as a sole signatory on the registry extract.
To be valid, your PoA must:
