View and manage account user’s roles (what they have access to) by going to Account settings > Manage users.
How to change editors to admins
Before you can upgrade someone to an admin, they’ll need to verify their identity.
To upgrade editors to admins, go to Account settings > Manage users. From there, you can easily change their user role to grant them more access.
Note for German customers
If your business is based in Germany, all editors will need to enter their personal tax ID (Steuer-ID) in their personal settings before you can change the role to admin.
How to change admins to editors
To downgrade admins to editors, go to Account settings > Manage users. From there, you can easily change their user role to grant them less access. If the user has a Holvi Business Mastercard® or Holvi Business Credit Card, please contact us to cancel their card.
How do I delete users from my account?
To remove someone’s access to your account, go to Account settings > Manage users. Select the user and remove them from your account. They will lose access immediately.
