From 30 September at 11:00 CET to Tuesday 4 October, we’ll be carrying out essential maintenance work to our payments infrastructure. Our work will improve the efficiency of our SEPA transfers – so you can send and receive money faster in the future.
To minimise the impact on you, we've scheduled the maintenance work to take place mostly outside of business hours.
Outgoing payments delayed – all other services working as usual
Outgoing payments will be delayed during this period and will not be processed until the maintenance work is complete. You can still arrange transfers, receive payments and use all other Holvi features during the maintenance. We recommend that you schedule urgent payments well in advance of 30.9.22 or after 4.10.22.
We'll send you an update as soon as our work is done, and process any delayed payments as soon as possible.
