I sent money but it hasn’t arrived in the payee’s account
When you transfer money from Holvi, the transfer will be processed according to Holvi's cut-off times. The money is then transferred to the receiving bank and is deposited in the receiver’s account based on the receiving bank’s processing times.
Someone else sent money but it hasn’t arrived in my account
Was the transfer made from within the SEPA region? Within the SEPA region, there are different ways of sending payments. Holvi supports regular SEPA credit transfers (SCT), also called STEP2 payments. Holvi does not support SWIFT and instant payments.
To receive money to your Holvi account, the payment needs to be sent as a regular SEPA credit transfer (STEP2 payment). If you haven’t received a payment, please ask the sender to get in touch with their bank and make sure the payment was sent as a STEP2.
If the payment came from outside the SEPA region, it will need to be converted to euros before being deposited in your Holvi account. How long this takes depends on the conversion method. For example, we recommend using Wise when sending international payments in foreign currencies – you can find Wise’s processing times here.
