You'll receive a notification by email once an expense claim is submitted. Simply open the email and click to link to log in and review the claim.
You can accept or reject the expenses one by one and pay them out immediately. After an expense is paid out, you'll be prompted to categorise and add bookkeeping details – the same as for any transaction.
You can add a short note when you process the form, for example, to explain why a claim was rejected. Images and files attached to the expense claim form are saved in your Holvi account for bookkeeping.
