We’re happy to support Finnish associations with tools designed to make money management simple and transparent. However, there are some requirements you’ll need to meet to be eligible.
Below is a full breakdown of what types of associations we can and cannot currently support, along with what you can do next depending on your situation.

What if I’m not eligible right now?
Even if your association isn’t currently eligible, we’d love to keep in touch.
Here are some common scenarios and what you can do next:
-
I'm part of an unregistered group or club
- Unregistered associations aren’t eligible—but once you register with the Finnish PRH, you can open an account.
How to register an association in Finland
-
We want to collect donations for our cause
- Donation-handling is not supported at the moment due to legal requirements. You can alternatively use crowdfunding tools or separate accounts to legally collect donations. Alternatively you can offer remunerative service or product as a way to collect funds for your association.
-
We’re a foundation or cooperative
- At this time, we only support registered associations. If your organisation’s structure is flexible, consider switching to a ry (registered association) if that suits your mission.
