New customers in Germany and Austria can explore Holvi’s paid plans (Lite, Pro, and Business) for 30 days at no subscription cost. This period allows you to set up your business tools and integrate Holvi into your workflow before your paid subscription begins.
Note: The 30-day free trial is currently available only for customers residing in Germany and Austria. It does not apply to customers in Finland.

When does my 30-day free trial start? Your trial period begins only once your account has been fully verified. We want to ensure you have full access to your account features for the entire duration of the trial. If the verification process takes a few days, it will not affect your 30-day window.

What is included in the free trial? The trial covers the base subscription fee for our Lite, Pro, and Business plans. Please note that the trial applies specifically to the subscription cost; other service fees are not waived. You will still be charged for:
- Extra physical or virtual cards beyond those included in your plan.
- International (non-SEPA) transfers.
- Additional add-on services, etc.

What happens after the 30 days are over? Once the 30-day trial period ends, your chosen subscription model automatically becomes active. You will be billed the standard monthly or yearly fee based on the plan and subscription type you selected during the onboarding process.
Can I cancel during the trial period?
Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time directly within your account settings. However, the billing impact depends on the billing cycle you selected at signup:
- Monthly Subscription: If you cancel before the 30-day trial ends, your account will be closed immediately and you will not be charged a subscription fee.
- Yearly Subscription: You still receive your first month free! However, the yearly plan is a discounted long-term commitment. If you choose to cancel during the initial 30-day trial, the trial discount applies only to the first month; you will be billed for the remaining 11 months of the annual term upon cancellation.
Pro-Tip: We recommend starting on a monthly plan if you are still testing which Holvi features fit your business best. You can always upgrade to a yearly plan later to take advantage of the annual discount!
