Which company types does Holvi support?

Before opening a Holvi account, your business must be fully registered and have all required documents (as applicable) – with the exception of German GmbH and UG, as explained below.

📌 Note on German GmbH and UG companies:

Holvi offers founder accounts for newly established GmbH and UG companies. This allows you to pay your starting capital into a Holvi bank account before your official documentation is finalised.

For all other company types, you must provide all relevant documents for verification before opening an account.
