- Check the invoice: You can find incoming invoices under Accounts > E-invoices. We’ll automatically create an unconfirmed payment from the invoice.

FAQs – Frequently asked questions
How do I request an e-invoice from a business partner?
A B2B e-invoice (verkkolasku) cannot be “ordered” like a consumer e-invoice (e-lasku). Instead, give the billing party your e-invoicing details and ask them to send you an e-invoice.
Am I entitled to receive e-invoices?
In Finland, a business has the right to request an invoice in e-invoice format from another business, provided that both the buyer and the seller have an annual turnover exceeding €10,000.
How do I disable e-invoice receiving?
You can disable your Holvi e-invoice address by going to Accounts > E-invoices > Settings on the web, or Profile > Settings > E-invoice receiving in the app.
The change takes effect immediately, and we’ll notify our operator, Apix. Inform your partners, as updates on Tieke’s website (verkkolaskutus.fi) may be delayed and your invoicing details may remain visible temporarily.
