We offer several ways to pay your Holvi credit card invoice, including:
- Set up automatic payments

Where to find your credit card invoices

For a full list of your Holvi credit card invoices, log in at Holvi.com and go to Credit cards > Plan & billing. Click on an individual invoice to open a PDF version with full details, including:

1. Set up automatic payments
The easiest way to pay your Holvi Business Credit Card invoice is to set up automatic payments.
We'll transfer your minimum monthly payment automatically by the invoice due date, so you never make a late payment – and your balance stays clear.
Log in at Holvi.com and go to Credit cards > Settings to manage automatic payments.
2. Confirm our draft payment
The second simplest way is to confirm our draft invoice payment.
Each month, we'll notify you via email and push notification when your invoice arrives – so make sure to have push notifications switched on. When your invoice arrives...
- We'll set up a draft transfer for the minimum amount, payable on the invoice due date. You'll get a push notification prompting you to confirm the transfer and pay off your minimum amount, or you can access the draft payment:
- 📱 On mobile, this draft transfer will show up in Payments to confirm, located on your Home screen
- 💻 At Holvi.com, this draft transfer will show up in your business account's transactions list (Transactions)
- 📱 On mobile, this draft transfer will show up in Payments to confirm, located on your Home screen
- Confirm the transfer, or cancel it and create a new one for a different amount or date
- When we receive payment, your balance will adjust accordingly
Your invoice arrives on the 5th of each month
Unless there's a national holiday or we inform you otherwise, your credit card bill will arrive on the 5th of the month. Holvi credit card invoices are always due on the last calendar day of the month of issue.
3. Pay your invoice from Credit cards > Plan & billing
Open invoices will have a Pay now or schedule button. Click this to open a draft transfer for the invoice. Check the amount and date, then confirm the transfer to pay your invoice.
4. Transfer funds to your credit account
To easily pay off your balance, you can transfer funds from your Holvi business account to your credit account anytime.
📱 On mobile
Open the Holvi mobile app and tap the Holvi Business Credit Card on your Home screen. You'll see a button to Repay credit balance. Tap the button and complete the transfer.
💻 At Holvi.com
Log in at Holvi.com. On your Home screen, you'll find a Holvi Business Credit Card tile that shows your current balance – how much of your credit line is spent and how much is available.
Click Pay now or schedule > to open a draft transfer from your business account to your credit account. Choose an amount, date and confirm the transfer.
