FAQ for Sellers
1. I am using Markdown for formatting, but nothing happens
Formatting can only be applied in specific fields within your product settings. These fields include a "Formatting Help" option in the bottom right corner. You will see the final formatting in your live online store.
2. Where can I find the list of orders?
In your Holvi account, go to Online Store on the left, then select “Items”. Choose the product you want and click on “Orders” on the right side. The order list will open in a new window. You can also download it as an Excel file from the top left corner.
3. How can I close my online store?
You can deactivate all your items so they are no longer available for sale. Please note that you cannot delete your online store.
4. Why is my online store "Under Construction"?
If you see the message: “Your online store is not fully set up yet and sales are therefore not possible.” this means your personal or business verification is incomplete. Please check your verification status and complete any outstanding verification using the links below:

Please contact the seller directly. If you do not receive a response within three days, feel free to reach out to our Support Team.
