How to reach us – Messaging & email
Messaging
We're available to help via our Messaging channel Monday – Friday during the 08:00 - 16:00 (EET). The Messaging channel is not a live chat. You will get an email notification as we reply.
Messaging conversation bot is there to help out in the beginning of the conversation and outside of business hours. Please note that our offices are closed on Finnish public holidays.
You can send in a message at your convenience. The aim is to get back to you as soon as possible. You can always return to the same conversation.
How to access Messaging
Log in to your account at Holvi.com and press the speech bubble symbol. You'll find the button in the bottom right of your screen. Messaging is not available on our mobile app.

If you can't see the speech bubble symbol, please contact us via email with a screenshot of your issue – include the browser window and browser version so we can help you best. We recommend using Google Chrome. Note that some firewalls may interfere with Messaging.

Important
Always use your registered Holvi email to contact support. For security reasons, we can only follow up on queries sent from the email address connected to your account.
