This is the most secure and effective way to reach us. It works like an email conversation but is conveniently located within your Holvi account online. Our virtual assistant, Hilla, is available 24/7 to assist instantly or forward you to our team.
- If you’re already a customer, please sign in to your Holvi account before starting a conversation for the most efficient support.
- You’ll receive an email notification when we respond, so you can close the chat window and return anytime.
- Messaging is not a live chat, but we aim to reply as soon as possible.
- Our offices are closed on weekends and Finnish public holidays.
How to start a Messaging conversation:
- Log in to your account at Holvi.com (messaging is not available on the mobile app).
- Click the speech bubble icon in the bottom right corner of your screen.
