We're available to help via chat Monday – Friday during the following times. Please note that our offices are closed on public holidays.

How to access live chat
Log in to your account at Holvi.com and go to Help > Live chat. You'll find the Help button in the bottom right of your screen. Chat is not available on our mobile app and is only active during our operating hours (see below).

If you can't see the Help or Live chat button, please contact us via email with a screenshot of your issue – include the browser window and browser version so we can help you best. We recommend using Google Chrome. Note that some firewalls may interfere with chat.

Always use your registered Holvi email to contact support. For security reasons, we can only follow up on queries sent from the email address connected to your account.
