For new Easor customers
To get started, simply provide your Holvi IBAN to your accountant or accounting firm.
Easor or your accountant will contact you to let you know when you can proceed to the next step and enable the connection in Holvi.

If you're an Easor Flex/Business customer
Once you're set up with Easor, you can finalise the connection in Holvi. The activation and authorisation are completed online in our guided setup.
- Log in to Holvi: Sign in at https://login.app.holvi.com/.
- Go to Connections: Select Easor bank connection.
- Follow the setup: Choose your connection settings and sign the electronic bank connection authorisation.
You can always change your settings later by going to Connections > Easor.
If You Are a Pro/Lite/Association Customer
Once you're set up with Easor, you can finalise the connection in Holvi. The activation and authorisation are completed online in our guided setup.
- Log in to Holvi: Sign in at https://login.app.holvi.com/.
- Change your plan: In the top right corner, select your profile and go to "Plan and Billing." Activate the bank connection add-on.
- Go to Connections: Select Easor bank connection.
- Follow the setup: Choose your connection settings and sign the electronic bank connection authorisation.
You can always change your settings later by going to Connections > Easor.
Important tips
- Making payments: If you want to make payments from Easor, you'll need to enable payment instructions and approve the orders in Holvi. You can do this in the Holvi connection settings.
- Pricing and data transfer: The bank connection has a fixed price and no separate transaction fees. You can choose a daily, weekly, or monthly data transfer cycle to Easor. You can change this cycle at any time, and the change will take effect the following month.
- Authorisation: The bank connection authorisation is signed electronically in Holvi. This is a necessary step that allows Easor Oy to securely process your company's data.
- Connection time: The connection starts working on the same day.
- Historical data: You can choose to transfer historical data (up to 365 days) or set a future start date during the setup process. You can also ask your accountant for advice on the best start date.

- Payment problems? Make sure you have enabled payment instructions within Holvi's bank connection settings.
