Setup in Holvi
Once the Finago Procountor settings are in order, you need to finalise the activation in Holvi. Enabling the bank connection and signing the authorisation happens completely electronically in Holvi's guided bank connection setup.
- Log in to Holvi: Log in to Holvi https://login.app.holvi.com/. Select your profile in the top right corner and go to "Pricing and billing". Change the pricing to activate the bank connection add-on.
- Go to Connections: Click Connections in the sidebar
- Select Finago Procountor: Select the Finago Procountor bank connection
- Access the guided bank connection setup: Select connection settings and sign the electronic bank connection authorisation.
Tips and instructions for setting choices:
- Select the same Holvi IBAN numbers that you set in Finago Procountor.
- If you want to make payments from Finago Procountor, configure the payment initiation in Holvi. You can enable payment orders later as well.
- The price of the bank connection in Holvi is fixed, so you can freely choose daily transaction retrieval to Finago Procountor. However, if you wish, you can also choose weekly or monthly data transfer. The transfer cycle can be changed at any time; the change will take effect next month.
- The bank connection authorisation is signed electronically in the Holvi user interface. Authorisation is necessary for Finago Procountor (Accountor Finago Oy) to process your company's data.
- The connection starts working immediately on the same day. With the bank connection, data can also be provided retrospectively (max. 365 days), or the start date can be set in the future. Select the desired start date during the setup phase. Also, choose the day when transaction retrieval will begin. You can also ask your accountant for tips on the start date.
Problems with payments?
Ensure that the IBAN account numbers and business IDs of the linked Holvi account and Finago Procountor account match and that the payment identifier corresponds to the one you want to link.
Also, make sure you have activated payment initiation in Holvi. You can enable payment traffic in Holvi's bank connection settings under Connections.
