NoCFO is a modern and user-friendly accounting application for small businesses and associations. With the service, entrepreneurs can manage their accounting quickly and effortlessly. NoCFO fetches account transactions and their attachments from Holvi and automates accounting with artificial intelligence. You can also pay invoices directly through the Holvi connection in the service.
You can connect Holvi and NoCFO in just a few clicks

- Go to Settings and Connect Holvi account. Click the "Connect Holvi account" button.
- Enter your Holvi username, password, and authenticate with the Holvi mobile app.
- Complete the setup by selecting the bookkeeping account to which Holvi's account transactions are assigned. Also, choose the date from which transactions are retrieved.
- If multiple users are involved, select who is authorized to pay invoices via Holvi.
All set! NoCFO makes booking suggestions for the retrieved transactions. The more you use the service, the smarter suggestions you get.

Once the NoCFO setup is complete, head back to Holvi. You’ll be able to set up a bank connection step-by-step:
- Sign in to Holvi: Log in to Holvi here https://login.app.holvi.com/
- Find your profile in the right hand corner and select Plan & Billing. Change your plan to add a bank connection.
- From Connections: Select the NoCFO bank connection.
- Follow a guided setup for your bank connection: Continue to customise your settings and sign the power of attorney online.
How to customise your connection:
- If bank connections aren't available in Holvi's Plan & Billing section, it might be due to your subscription lacking this feature. To resolve this, simply update your plan to include the bank connection add-on.
- Activate the payment initiation option from Holvi so you can initiate payments such as purchase invoices directly from NoCFO. You can enable payments in Holvi's bank connections settings under Connections.
- The Holvi bank connection price is fixed, so there are no surprise fees later on. Feel free to have statements delivered daily. Delivery frequency can be changed anytime, the change comes in to effect the following month.
- You can sign the electronic power of attorney fully online within the Holvi web app. This is needed in order to grant NoCFO the rights to handle your company data.
- Confirm the desired start date during the onboarding by selecting “Generate historical statements” and then the date.
