You can withdraw cash at any ATM that accepts Mastercard®. Just insert your Holvi card, enter your PIN, and follow the ATM’s instructions.
Fees for ATM withdrawals
Holvi charges a small fee for each ATM withdrawal to help cover processing costs. This fee is charged by Holvi and is separate from any additional fees the ATM operator may apply.
For example, some ATMs may charge their own service fee — especially in airports, convenience stores, or abroad. These third-party fees are outside of Holvi’s control.

ATM tips
Daily withdrawal limit: Your card has a daily withdrawal limit, which may vary depending on your plan. You can view your current limits in your Holvi app.
Foreign currency withdrawals: When withdrawing cash abroad, currency conversion fees may apply. The ATM may also offer to convert the amount to euros — we recommend declining this option to avoid dynamic currency conversion (DCC) charges.
PIN issues: If your PIN doesn’t work, try a different ATM or contact us for help.
