To stop using Holvi’s e-invoice receiving service, go to Accounts > E-invoices > Settings and follow the instructions to deactivate it.
Holvi will automatically notify our e-invoicing operator, Apix. The change takes effect immediately, so Holvi will stop receiving e-invoices for you.
Please inform organisations that send you e-invoices. Your updated details may take time to appear on Tieke’s verkkolaskutus.fi website, so your old details may remain visible temporarily.
