When you categorise your transactions in Holvi, these categories live under higher level 'groups' - and it’s these groups that determine which categories and transactions go into your reports.
Your business reports will contain only transactions that are categorised under your business-related groups – to be precise, the Business income and Business expense groups. This gives you a clear picture of your business finances, helping you find insights and get ready for tax time.
However, Holvi also lets you create and export non-business reports! These reports contain all your account activity, and are made up of all groups: Business income, Business expense, Other income, Other expense – plus Personal income and Personal expense, if you’re a sole trader.
