How do I delete/credit an e-invoice?

💡 Haven’t sent it yet? E-invoices in Draft status can be edited by going to Options > Edit. 

Invoices cannot be deleted as they are bookkeeping records.

If you wish to cancel an E-invoice in Draft mode, go to Options > Mark as void.

To cancel or change an invoice after it’s sent, you can credit the e-invoice and send a credit note to its recipient. Please note, Holvi doesn’t support sending a credit note as an e-invoice.
