Setting up your Holvi online store
Setting up your online store involves five easy steps:
1. Activate your store

- Log in at Holvi.com
- Select Online store from the menu on the left
- Click Set up online store

- Tap the profile icon in the top right corner
- Scroll down and open Online store under Workspaces
- Tap Set up online store
2. Fill in your store details
Enter your store details carefully so that customers can easily find you:
Store name and web address (URL)
Choose a clear name and define your storeās web address (URL). The URL of a Holvi online store is always in the format https://holvi.com/store/unique-name.Ā
Can I change my storeās URL later?
You can change your online storeās URL once yourself. After that, changes are made through our support team.
Store description
Briefly explain what you sell and what makes your store special. This will be displayed on your storeās home page.
Industry
Specify the nature of your business (e.g. Clothing or Ticket sales).
Sales area
Tell us whether you sell your products only domestically, within the EU or worldwide.
3. Personalise the appearance
Make the store look like your business and appear professional:
- Logo and background image: Add visual elements that reinforce your brand. The accepted file formats are PNG, JPEG and GIF, and the maximum size is 1 MB.Ā
4. Add contact details
Make sure that customers can contact you when necessary:
- Email address: Provide the address you want to display in your store. This will also become the reply-to address, for example for order confirmations.
- Link to your website: If your business has a separate website, you can direct customers there to learn more about you.
5. Accept the terms of use
Read and accept the Holvi online store terms of use. They define the common rules and ensure that your store operates lawfully and securely.
