Do I need to close my current Holvi account to switch to Holvi Flex?
No! If you're already with Holvi, you can switch to Holvi Flex without closing your account.
How long does it take to switch to Holvi Flex?
- Monthly plans: Immediately
- Annual plans (Germany and Austria): At the end of your subscription year
Are there any one-time fees for switching?
Nope - no extra fees to move to Holvi Flex.

Will my existing cards and integrations still work?
- Cards (physical + virtual): Yes! They’ll continue working, but charges may apply if you go over the free limit. See fee schedules.

What happens to my scheduled payments, standing orders and invoices?
- Scheduled payments: Should continue as usual
- Standing orders: No expected changes
- Invoices: Invoices issued before downgrading will remain visible but no new ones can be added.
Will expense claim links still work?
Expense claim links will be disabled when you switch. You will still see existing expense claims issued before downgrading but no new ones can be added.
Will my transaction history and account details change?
Nope! Everything stays the same.
What happens to my multiple IBANs?
- You’ll keep them, but they come with an extra charge.

What’s the inactivity fee?

Existing users: €4.50/month if you don't make or receive any payments or card transactions for 30 calendar days in a row. This includes SEPA and SWIFT transfers, but does not include your monthly Holvi service fee charge.
Example: You receive a payment on 3 June. If there's no further payment activity or card transaction by 3 July, the inactivity fee kicks in. You'll get a reminder before it's charged.
What about invited Administrators and Editors?
- You can’t switch to Holvi Flex if you have invited Admins or Editors.
- Remove additional users first, then you’re good to go.

Is Holvi Flex available for all business types?
Yes! Holvi Flex is open to all business types, including founders.
Can I switch to another Holvi plan later?
Absolutely! Upgrade to any paid plan whenever you need to.
What if I need multiple IBANs or additional users?
- Multiple IBANs, extra cards, and add-ons: Available for an extra charge.
- Invoice creation: Not available on Holvi Flex.
- Multiple users: Not supported on this plan.
Can I invest in the Money Market Fund with Holvi Flex (Germany only)?
Yes! Investment access is included (current rate: 0.80%). Check our fee schedule for details.
What about the inactivity fee for new users?
For new users, the €4.50/month inactivity fee applies if there are no payments (incoming or outgoing) or card transactions for 30 calendar days in a row. This includes SEPA and SWIFT transfers.
Note that the fee does not take effect for the first 12 months in Germany and the first 3 months in Finland.

Can I change the company creator (account owner) on Holvi Flex?
You’ll need to upgrade to a paid plan to change the account owner.
Can I invite additional users if I upgrade?
Yes! Upgrading to a paid plan allows you to add more users.
If I upgrade from Holvi Flex to another price plan, will I see my payments history in my reports?
Yes, you can always see your full payment history.
