Please remember that you'll need to activate your card before you can start using it. Just follow these simple steps to get started.
Activating a new card
In the Holvi app:
- Open the Holvi app.
- Tap on the profile icon in the top right corner.
- Tap on the card you want to activate
- Enter the last four digits of the card number.
In your web browser:
- Log in at Holvi.com.
- From the main menu, go to Cards.
- Select the card you want to activate.
- Enter the last four digits of the card number.
Activating a renewed card
If you've received a renewed card, the process is a little different. Since it's considered the "same" card in our system, you won't see a new entry for it. Instead, you can use the entry for your existing card to activate it.
- Log in to your Holvi account.
- Go to the Cards section.
- Select your existing card.
- Click on Options, then Activate card.
- Follow the instructions on your screen to finish the process.
Alternatively, you can go directly to the activation page at holvi.com/card/activate, log in and select your existing card (which will have the same last four digits as your new one).
Finding your PIN
Holvi doesn't send your PIN in the mail. You can securely view it anytime from the Holvi app or in your browser.
In the Holvi app:
- Open the Holvi app.
- Tap on the profile icon in the top right corner.
- Tap on your card.
- Select Show PIN.
In your browser:
- Log in at Holvi.com.
- From the main menu, go to Cards.
- Select your card.
- Open the Options dropdown menu.
- Choose Show PIN.
Please keep in mind that if your card was renewed, your PIN will stay the same as it was for your previous card.
