Who can order a Holvi Debit Card?
To order a card your account must meet the following requirements:
- Only Account creators and admins can order cards
- You must have completed your business and personal verifications
Ordering your first Holvi Debit Card
The first card will be ordered for you automatically, once your profile is fully verified.
To order another card, follow these steps:
- Log in at Holvi.com
- Go to the Account settings > Cards
- Click Order new in the top right
- Select your debit card type – or apply for a credit card
- Follow the steps to complete your card order
Note
If you don't have a verified address, we'll ask you for Proof of address - for example, a utility bill (no older than 3 months) with your name and current residential address on it (home address, not business). It can be a phone bill, electricity bill, tax card, insurance bill or any other official document that has the previously mentioned information.
Ordering additional cards
Find out how many cards are included in your pricing plan and how to order more cards. You can also view what fees apply.
If you don't see the option to order additional cards, please:
- Go to Account settings > Cards
- On the page that opened - click the Back arrow on the top left
- You will now see a Create new button that you can use to order a new card.
Delivery address and replacement cards
We'll send you a new card before your old card expires, so keep your home address up to date. You can change your address under Account settings > Cards > Options > Settings, then edit the address.
This address will be used the next time a card gets ordered. Changing this address directly after the card has been ordered will not change the address of a card that has already been sent.
Merchants may check this address when you make online purchases, so make sure to use this as your billing address.
Ordering cards for a new (second) company
If you open a new company account in Holvi using your user profile, the first card will not be automatically ordered when the new company is verified.
To order a card, select the correct company > Account settings > Cards > Order new.
Expected card delivery
Your card will always be automatically ordered for you when you verify your account. If you order an additional card, your card order will be processed the next business day.
After ordering a card, you should receive your Holvi Business Debit Card within 10–15 business days.
Please note that there may be a delay in the delivery of your card, due to the Covid-19 situation.
How to activate your card
To activate your Holvi Business Debit Card and start using it everywhere Mastercard cards are accepted, follow these steps:
- Log in with your Holvi credentials at https://holvi.com/card/activate
- Enter your card details to activate it and receive your PIN code
Please note that you will not receive a separate letter with your PIN, instead it will be shown to you in your account after activating the card.
