To upload new business documents, log in at Holvi.com and go to Profile (top right) > My businesses. Choose the correct business if you have multiple, then under Has your company information changed? click Add.
Only the creator can upload documents directly through their account - and in most cases, we can only accept the necessary documents from the creator.
In special cases, however, such as creator changes, a non-creator can provide the necessary documents directly to our customer support — either via Messaging, or by email to support@holvi.com.
Please note
After uploading new business documents, we’ll need to verify them to keep your account running smoothly. This usually takes a few days – no action is required on your part, unless you’ve changed your company’s name. In such cases, please notify our customer support directly, even if you’ve uploaded your document through your account.
