Keeping your personal details up to date helps us keep your account secure and your Holvi services running smoothly. If you’ve recently moved, you can update your home address in just a few steps.
💡 If you need to change your business address, this must be done separately — even if it’s the same as your home address.
💻 Update your home address via web browser:
- Log in at Holvi.com.
- Click the profile icon in the top right corner.
- Select Personal settings from the drop-down menu.
- Under Address, click Edit.
- Enter your new home address.
- Click Save to confirm your changes.
📱 Update your home address in the Holvi app
- Log in to the Holvi app.
- Tap the profile icon in the top right corner.
- Select the Address field and enter your new address.
- Save your changes.
No PO boxes – You'll need a physical address
Holvi requires a valid residential address for your home (personal) address. PO boxes are not accepted.
Why updating your address matters
Keeping your personal information current helps us:
- Deliver Holvi cards — these are always sent to your home address, not your business address.
- Ensure your account complies with KYC (Know Your Customer) regulations.
- Deliver potential important communications to the correct place.
- Protect your account against fraud and identity theft.
