Keeping your phone number up to date is an essential part of securing your Holvi account. Follow the steps below to update your phone number, either in the mobile app or through your browser.
📱 Updating your phone number in the mobile app:
- Log in to your Holvi app
- Click the profile icon in the top right corner
- Click on your current phone number
- Enter and verify your new number
💻 Updating your phone number via browser:
- Log in at Holvi.com
- Click the profile icon in the top right corner
- Go to Personal settings
- Click on your current phone number
- Enter and verify your new number
Setting your primary number
Once your new phone number is verified, return to your profile settings to:
- Set your new number as your primary number.
- Remove your old phone number if desired.
💡 After you change your phone number, you’ll need to reverify your identity to keep your account secure.
