To remove a linked device from your Holvi account, you’ll need to have access to the Holvi app on an existing linked phone or tablet. No longer have access to your old devices?
How to remove a linked device
- Log in to the Holvi app on any existing linked device
- Tap the profile icon in the top right corner of the screen
- Scroll down to Password & Security and select Manage devices
- Swipe left on the device you want to remove
- Confirm the removal
💡 Tip: When you get a new phone, log into the Holvi app (and any other important apps) on your new device before wiping or getting rid of your old one to ensure you don’t lose access.
Why unlink devices from your Holvi account?
You can link up to 5 devices to your Holvi account at one time.
If you’ve reached this limit, you’ll need to unlink an old device before adding a new one.
We also recommend regularly removing devices you no longer use to keep your account secure.
