📱 How to link a new device to your Holvi account

Download the Holvi app
Go to the App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android) and download the Holvi app on your new device. -
Open the app and log in
Enter your Holvi login credentials (email and password) on the new device. -
Authenticate the device
You’ll receive a confirmation code to both the email address and phone number linked to your Holvi account. If you have multiple contact details saved, the codes will be sent to your primary email and phone number. -
Confirm device linking
Once authentication is completed, the device will be securely linked to your Holvi account. You can now log in via the app and use this device to authenticate logins in your browser.
⚠️ Only link personal devices
For security reasons, only link your personal mobile device to your Holvi account. Never link shared or public devices to your Holvi account. Doing so may trigger a temporary account restriction as a security precaution.
Device limits
- Device limit: For security reasons, you can link up to 5 devices to your Holvi account.
- If you try to add a sixth device, you’ll see an error message and won’t be able to complete the linking process.
- If you’ve reached the limit and need to link a new device, log in to your old mobile device and remove previous devices first.
- If you can no longer access your old devices, contact our Support team - we’re happy to help!
How to remove a linked device
- Log in to the Holvi app on a different linked device
- Click the profile icon in the top right corner
- Scroll down to Password & Security and select Manage devices
- Swipe left on the device you want to remove
💡 Always unlink devices you no longer use to keep your account secure.

Keeping your account safe
- Never share your login credentials or linked devices with others
- Never confirm device link attempts you didn’t initiate
- Enable biometric login (Face ID / Touch ID) for quicker, more secure access
- Go to the Holvi app > profile icon > Password & Security > Toggle Face ID / Touch ID on
- Review linked devices regularly and remove any unused ones
- Never share your secure authentication codes with anyone else
- Contact Holvi immediately if you notice any suspicious activity
