What makes Holvi Business different?
Holvi Business is built for the day-to-day running of growing companies, not just freelancers or founders working on their own. Your team members get their own cards with spending limits and labels, you can keep separate accounts for different budgets, and invoicing, receipts and bookkeeping preparation all happen in one place. The pricing is transparent, and the core features you need are included in one plan.
How to upgrade to Holvi Business
Go to Plan & billing > select Change plan > choose Business. You can choose monthly or annual billing, depending on what works best for you.
Preparing exports for your accountant
Holvi Business makes it easy to share your numbers with your accountant. It includes:
- Ready-made exports for Procountor, Briox and Fivaldi
- VAT report, income statement and invoicing report
- Electronic account statements (camt.052)
- Receipts and bookkeeping details (categories, VAT rates and notes) saved with each transaction
This means your finance team or external accountant gets everything they need in the right format, saving time for everyone.
What’s not included?
The following aren’t part of Holvi Business:
- Online store and online sales
- VAT balance calculator
- Adding non-Holvi transactions
- Bookkeeping reports (accounting journal, general ledger and order lists)
- Accounting services, such as a certified accountant, VAT declarations, the annual financial statement and tax returns
