A Holvi employee will never ask you for your login details, card number or confirmation code received via SMS! And we'll never ask you to download any extra software or apps in order to use Holvi.
If you’ve been contacted by phone by a Holvi employee alerting you to suspicious transactions on your account, you’ve likely been in contact with a fraudster.
If you shared any sensitive details, here's what to do:
- Contact our support as soon as possible
- Log in to your Holvi app and lock any cards you think may be affected
We’ll then be able to take over and make sure that your account is secure.
