🖥️ How to transfer money at Holvi.com
- Log in at Holvi.com
- From the home view, click Quick Actions > Bank transfer
OR
From the left menu, go to Accounts > Make transfer > Bank transfer - Enter recipient details:
- Name
- IBAN
- Enter payment details:
- Amount
- Date (for scheduled transfers)

Reference or message
Include a reference number or message to send the payment -
VAT details (if applicable)
If VAT liable, add item name, category, amount, and VAT %. Each payment must have an expense category. You can add expense categories in Bookkeeping > Add category -
Attachment (if applicable)
 Click the paperclip icon to add an attachment – it’s good accounting practice to attach an invoice when paying bills
- Click Send (or Confirm transfer for scheduled transfers)
- Authenticate the transfer via the Holvi app
Once you’ve confirmed the transfer, its status will update instantly. You can view it in your transaction list under Accounts.

All transfers here are SEPA transfers, allowing payments to all SEPA countries.
For transfers in other currencies or outside SEPA, use international transfers. Learn more: How to send international transfers (SWIFT)
