What are single All-in-One reports?
The All-in-One report is a PDF report that can be downloaded from within Holvi and includes information that can be used for accounting purposes.
The report allows you to export information for bookkeeping preparation by including all the information for a selected period of time into a single PDF file.
Which data is included in the report?
The report includes:
- General information about the business and some aggregated statistics e.g. the number of and amount for incoming and outgoing payments, payment categorisation overview etc.
- Transactions from the account and their payment details as well as external or manual transactions, and expense claims transactions and their attachments.
- Categorisation and VAT that has been configured for each transaction.
- Images of attachments uploaded to a transaction.
Where do I find All-in-One reports?
- Log into the Holvi web app in a browser
- Select Reports from the side menu
How do I use All-in-One reports?
- Select the date range or use any of the available presets
- Click Create Export to generate the report
- Wait for the email that notifies when the report is ready, or refresh the page to review the status
- Click Download to open the All-in-One report for the selected period
