You can download both balance certificates and account certificates in PDF format directly from your Holvi account in just a few clicks.
Balance certificate
A balance certificate confirms the exact amount of funds in your account on a specific date. This is most commonly used by accountants for end-of-year reporting or audits.
How to download your balance certificate:
- Log in to your account at Holvi.com
- On the left-hand menu, go to Reports.
- Select Certificate of balance from the list of available reports.
- Choose the Date for which you need the balance confirmed.
- (If applicable) Choose the IBAN account for which you need the balance confirmed.
- Click PDF to download your document.
Payment account certificate
An account certificate (sometimes called a Proof of Account) serves as proof of account ownership. It includes your name/business name, address, IBAN, and BIC code.
How to download your account certificate:
- Log in to your account at Holvi.com.
- On the left-hand menu, go to Reports.
- Select Payment account certificate from the list of available reports.
- (If applicable) Choose the IBAN account for which you need the certificate.
- Click PDF to download your document.
